A clear path

Scope the real job before choosing the screens.

A disciplined process protects both sides from vague expectations, hidden integrations, accidental support promises, and account confusion.

  1. 01

    Discover

Clarify the business goal, audience, current tools, ownership, content, deadline, budget context, and what is not working now.

  2. 02

    Scope

Write down deliverables, responsibilities, exclusions, revision rounds, milestones, price, third-party costs, and support boundaries.

  3. 03

    Build and review

Implement responsive, accessible pages or interfaces; review realistic content; and test integrations and edge states.

  4. 04

    Launch and hand off

Deploy under the agreed client-owned accounts, run final checks, provide documentation, and make maintenance responsibility explicit.

Soft-launch boundary

Thumb Webworks currently welcomes exploratory conversations, discovery, demonstrations, and proposal discussions. An email does not create a contract or authorize work. Production commitments and deposits remain gated on formal business readiness.

Read the project preparation checklist before starting a conversation.

Exploratory inquiry

Have a real problem to untangle?

An exploratory email starts a conversation only. It does not authorize work, create a contract, or open a payment path.
